Join our team at RSR as we seek a skilled Investigator to assist in the investigation of serious and complex crime under the supervision of a PIP 2 investigator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the investigation of criminal offences and occurrences, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and documented.

You will also be responsible for interviewing suspects, gathering and presenting evidence, and supporting officers with their development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the investigation of criminal offences and occurrences
  • Interviewing suspects in accordance with PACE and procedures
  • Gathering and presenting evidence
  • Supporting officers with their development
  • Preparing high-quality evidential files for submission to CPS

Essential qualifications include:

  • Computer/keyboard literacy and a competent keyboard user
  • Educated to QCF Level 2 or relevant work experience
  • Full driving licence
  • Accredited to either PIP1 or PIP2 level
