Job Title

A prestigious law firm, renowned in the Legal 500, is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their expanding Private Client team at their location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and secretarial services.
  • Ensure lawyers can focus on legal matters while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
  • Offer opportunities for supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
  • Transcribe digital dictations for comprehensive typing services.
  • Manage file opening and invoicing procedures.
  • Handle correspondence via phone, mail, fax, and email.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
  • Manage schedules and arrange appointments.
  • Draft and prepare necessary documents.
  • Promptly address client queries and concerns.
  • Assist in conducting research.
  • Support Fee Earners with caseload and take on supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
  • Perform filing duties and general clerical tasks.

This role requires a candidate with excellent IT skills, superb typing abilities, and exceptional administrative and organizational talents. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, adept communication skills, and a polished telephone manner. Prior experience as a legal secretary, particularly in a Private Client setting, is highly desirable.
