Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a Residential Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various building systems, including electrical monitoring, air handling, and fire prevention systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair building infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems, including electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Perform regular inspections of building systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent system failures.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor and Contract Delivery Manager to ensure effective delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Approved apprenticeship or relevant experience in Building Services.
  • Formal qualification in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Intermediate computer literacy using Windows Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
