About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pension Project Consultant to join our Data Solutions Team within Aon's UK Retirement business.

This is a newly created team that brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pensions benefit administration and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather pension scheme information and change requirements.
  • Extract, analyse and manipulate membership data in bulk.
  • Identify test scenarios and specify pension benefit calculations.
  • Use Aon's systems and tools to ensure client projects are delivered to the required standard of quality and timeliness.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon.
  • Experience of pensions benefit administration.
  • Strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects.
  • Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate.
