At Optima Site Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on new build properties, covering all elements of domestic electrics, renewable technology, and smart home systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation, with a focus on domestic experience. You will be required to work in the Bristol or Bridgwater area, visiting occupied homes to fix faults. Our Electrician will have the opportunity to develop themselves through extensive training programs and excellent career progression.

We offer a competitive salary of GBP32,000 - GBP38,000 DOE, as well as a range of benefits, including a van and fuel card, 7-5pm working hours, and 21 days holiday + bank holidays. Our Electrician will also be entitled to pension contribution up to 3%, life assurance, loyalty bonus, and summer and Christmas socials.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Visiting customers' homes to rectify faults
  • Installing late extras and alterations to circuits within occupied homes
  • Providing full reports for each completed job, with details of any corrective actions taken
  • Completing quality audit reports where required

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • 17th/18th edition
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical installation
  • AM2
  • 2391 or 2395
  • JIB gold Card
  • Full UK Driving licence
