Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker

NHS Scotland is committed to delivering high-quality care and services to the community. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker to join our team in Lochaber.
The successful candidate will work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide support and care that promotes optimum achievable self-care, allowing clients to remain in their own homes. The role involves working within a rota system, including flexible, unsociable hours and weekend working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centered care and support to clients
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, and carers
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans

Requirements:
- SVQ Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Current UK driving license and use of own car for work purposes
