Senior Project Manager - Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team as a Transformation Expert. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects and programme work-streams, ensuring project deadlines are met within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall planning of project and management of resources, including well-developed contingency plans to deliver the agreed solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and key customers
  • Actively apply the appropriate project management discipline; planning, resourcing, scheduling, monitoring, reporting and risk, issue, and dependency management

Requirements:

  • Proven record of delivery in large change and transformation projects
  • Experience working with Life and Pensions
  • Expert in project management disciplines and budget management
  • Ability to drive business solution identification and project initiation
