Main Job Duties

Assess learners in the workplace using an electronic portfolio and deliver teaching and learning within their qualifications.

Mark learner work and provide feedback, set SMART targets, and track progress, giving regular updates to the Team Leader.

Take proactive measures to ensure learners achieve their qualifications within the allotted timeframe, working collaboratively as part of a wider team to improve quality and performance.

Contribute to engagement with employers to maximize opportunities and participate in First Aid assistance when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in early-years settings, ideally as a Nursery Officer or similar role.
  • Qualified in Early Years, L3 or above.
  • Hold an Assessor award or be willing to work towards.
  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and methodical approach.
  • Good IT skills and experience with Google Classroom.
