Lead Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as a Lead Nurse at a mental health hospital in South West London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and be able to lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs - Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care - Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care - Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care - Stay up-to-date with national guidelines and best practices in mental health nursing - Contribute to the development of the hospital's quality improvement plan
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) - A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals - Eligibility to live and work in the UK - Experience in managing a nursing team in a mental health setting - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly - Commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting the well-being of patients and staff
