Role Overview:

Pioneer Selection is currently seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Engineer to join the engineering department in their busy high-speed automated factory. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, holding either electrical or mechanical bias, and possess a strong engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Predictive Maintenance Schedules (PPMS)
  • Attend to equipment breakdowns
  • Contribute to engineering projects such as Continuous Improvement (CI) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Multiskilled with experience in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings, Belts, and Chains
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
