Assistant Store Manager

As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales. Your day-to-day actions will have a direct impact on the success of our store, and you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily huddles to ensure commercial objectives are communicated and achieved
- Manage new colleague inductions and collaborate with supervisors to drive ongoing training and development
- Create a safe environment for your team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
