We are looking for a skilled carcass meat processor to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd.

As a key member of our butchery department, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting meat deliveries for quality and freshness, operating and maintaining butcher equipment and tools, and ensuring proper storage and handling of meat products.

This role requires strong knife skills, a good understanding of food safety regulations, and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
