Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Officer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring standards, assisting in the induction and training of caretakers, and facilitating the testing of new cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standard Monitoring: Conduct regular and ad hoc estate inspections to ensure high standards are maintained, and take appropriate remedial action when necessary.
  • Caretaker Support: Assist in the induction and ongoing training of caretakers, and conduct regular on-site assessments to ensure cleaning techniques meet best practice standards.
  • Equipment Testing: Facilitate and test new cleaning equipment associated with new or existing tasks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on estate services, producing regular reports on service quality and recharges as required.
  • Communal Repairs: Identify and report communal repairs, including emergency and urgent repairs, and conduct post-inspection quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Substantial proven experience in providing advice and practical assistance to the public in the social housing field.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience of working in and delivering services to a multi-cultural community.
  • Repair Management: Experience of identifying and ordering repairs.

Important Notes:

  • Availability: The successful candidate must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to Work: The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
  • DBS: This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
