**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €25,000 - €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:** As an E-Commerce Experience Specialist at Back Market, you will work on the e-commerce experience provided to customers, using insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvements. You will also contribute to improve research processes, tools, and communications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge of best practices in conducting research (qualitative and quantitative research methods)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • E-commerce experience, a plus but not required
