We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Youth Ministry Coordinator to join our team at Hillview Church. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and leading our youth work team, creating engaging programs and activities that cater to the spiritual and emotional needs of young people.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective youth ministry strategies to promote spiritual growth and development among young people.
  • Collaborate with the local Youth for Christ team to create and deliver innovative programs and activities that meet the needs of young people.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to young people, helping them to navigate life's challenges and build strong relationships with their peers and community leaders.
  • Work closely with the church community to develop and implement programs that support the spiritual and emotional well-being of young people.

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for youth ministry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people and community leaders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
