About the PositionThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team at the RNLI Tamar lifeboat station as a Coxswain, where you will play a vital role in supporting volunteer crew members and ensuring the lifeboat station operates to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of lifeboat equipment and associated facilities.
- Conduct regular training and assessments of volunteer crew members.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including annual leave entitlements, pension scheme contributions, and relocation assistance.
Our Requirements- A minimum salary of £34,253 based on experience
- 26 days' annual leave (plus Bank Holiday days)
- Pension scheme with employer contributions up to 16% of basic salary
- Relocation assistance available
