As a Certified Pre-Owned Programme Manager at Hyundai, you will play a vital role in shaping and elevating the CPO programme in the UK. Your creativity and insight will be essential in refining and optimising the programme in partnership with Hyundai Motor Europe.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance used car performance, boost market share, and strengthen customer loyalty across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance.
  • Develop Retailer CPO commercial policy to drive key performance indicators.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.
  • Open CPO supply channels to our Retailer network.
  • Ensure sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plan.
  • Work with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme.
  • Work with UVL partner to ensure best-in-class customer and Retailer experience.
  • Measure Retailers used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop specific ZEV strategy for CPO to maximise sales and RV on ZEV products.
  • Work with marketing team to drive CPO leads into the Retailers LMS.
  • Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspects of performance.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum five years' experience in a UK OEM Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategy.
  • Demonstrable go-to-market strategy deployment.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence.
  • Capable and confident at c-suite engagement and influencing.
  • Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
  • Ability to manage, adapt, and optimise business processes.
  • Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and national events.
  • Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
