About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead in one of our care homes. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents, while also providing leadership and support to our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that care is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and HC-One's standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent care.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that the care home is running smoothly and that residents' needs are being met.

Requirements

  • A valid NMC PIN and a registered nurse qualification.
