This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a People Advisor at Ampa Group, you will play a key role in supporting designated brands and working closely with the wider People team.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for primary contact for day-to-day people-related activities, supporting line managers, coaching them on people-related issues, and leading ER cases from start to end. You will also lead and/or support organisational changes, contentious correspondence/agreement, and cyclical activities or processes such as promotions, salary review, and incentive plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for day-to-day people-related activities.
  • Supporting and coaching line managers with people-related issues.
  • Leading and/or supporting organisational changes.
  • Cyclical activities or processes.
  • Working closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition team.
  • Embedding culture, values, and behaviours.
  • Driving forward people experience.
  • Translating data analysis into tangible proposals and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a People Advisor role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing ER cases from start to end.
  • Detail-oriented approach with high volumes of work.
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Influential communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solution-focused, empathetic, and collaborative with high emotional intelligence.
  • Keen to learn and proactive in taking ownership.
