About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Tech PR and Social Media Specialist to join our growing content team at ANS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving engagement and building brand awareness through strategic social media campaigns and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content plans to engage our target audience and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling stories and content for press releases, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams in Marketing and Internal Comms and external agencies.
  • Assist with and develop video content, including managing external video freelancers to produce and edit videos for externally facing video content aligned with our ICP activity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and implement learnings to improve engagement rates.
  • Manage PR agency to support wider content strategy and thought leadership for the business driving media presence and share of voice.
Requirements
  • Experience in tech B2B PR and social media management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling stories and content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with a variety of social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Understanding of B2B customer needs and ability to translate technical content into compelling content relevant to the target audience.
  • Video shooting/editing and working with freelance video teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
