Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students academically and behaviorally, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Positive Relationships with students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement Behavior Management Strategies to promote positive behavior and minimize disruptions.
  • Assist in Creating a Safe Learning Environment, ensuring students feel secure and supported.
  • Provide One-on-One and Group Support to students, addressing their individual needs and promoting academic success.
  • Document Student Progress, tracking student development and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Attend Training Sessions for professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
  • Ensure Student Safety at all times, prioritizing their well-being and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Students with Behavioral Challenges, demonstrating ability to adapt to diverse student needs.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, effective in building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience and Empathy, essential for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ability to Work in a Team and Independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Willingness to Undergo Background Checks, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
