About the Position

Massenhove Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fraud Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Fraud Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities within the insurance claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing claims files to identify potential fraudulent activity
  • Providing reports and information to clients and file handlers on the outcome of the analysis
  • Using desktop systems and analytical techniques to research and locate relevant information
  • Compiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity
  • Preparing witness evidence for court proceedings
  • Utilizing IT software applications to produce proactive intelligence reports

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience with IT software applications and be able to produce high-quality reports.
