Early Years Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Minerva. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with toddlers aged 2-5 years old and a strong commitment to Forest School principles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with a love of inspiring young minds and setting the foundations for lifelong learning. Our nursery is a happy and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily programmes for children aged 2-5 years old
- Prepare healthy meals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide individualised care
- Assess and record children's progress, using the Scottish early childhood curriculum
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, and participate in staff and parents' evenings
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Nursery experience (desired)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate: £12.00
- Part-time schedule: 38 hours per week
Location: Our nursery is located in a beautiful setting, accessible by car (own transportation essential). We are passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for our children and staff.
