About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team at IDEX Consulting, a leading financial planning firm. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced Advisors in formulating advice to clients, providing technical support and guidance where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Financial Planners in formulating advice to clients, providing technical support and guidance where appropriate.
  • Review client objectives to ensure they are clear, concise, and achievable compared to their financial circumstances.
  • Conduct research and analysis of investment funds and financial products, considering client objectives.
  • Prepare Financial Plans, outlining clients' current positions, goals, and strategies to achieve them.
  • Obtain applications, key features documents, factsheets, illustrations, and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources.
  • Liaise with Product Providers and Third Parties regarding technical queries.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 diploma qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Planning process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service skills, providing an excellent service to Advisors and clients.
  • Planning and organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail to balance the demands of the role.
