Logistics Supervisor

To succeed as a Delivery Manager at Next, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation. Your role will involve creating a positive and productive work environment, prioritising tasks, and driving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to deliver exceptional stock processing and stockroom organisation, ensuring a commercial and operationally efficient environment.
• Work collaboratively with the sales floors and store management team to support operational activities.
• Create a motivating and inspiring team culture, focusing on employee development and well-being.
• Develop and implement processes to improve stockroom efficiency, identifying and resolving problems to maintain high standards.
• Ensure that beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
