About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. The successful candidate will have strong clinical experience in Eating Disorders and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Accountabilities:
- You will be responsible for leading the nursing team, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the quality of services delivered meets the highest standards.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement packages of care, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive quality improvement initiatives and share best practices.
Requirements:
- A registered mental health nurse or registered learning disability nurse qualification.
- Strong clinical experience in Eating Disorders and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proven leadership skills, including experience of managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
