About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt in Milton Keynes. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge to customers.
  • Maximise sales and KPI targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and store goals.
  • Perform stock-related tasks such as stock checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
  • Ensure high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with high levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in retail is desirable but not essential.
