Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced International Benefits Project Consultant to support our client in an initial 8-12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting benefits and pension harmonization within the EMEA region, impacting over 2,500 employees across 20+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support benefits and pension harmonization within the EMEA region
  • Liaise and lead with stakeholders across the business in the UK and EMEA regions
  • Own and manage the project, ensuring successful delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive benefits background with experience in creating and harmonizing benefits offerings on a similar scale
  • EMEA or global experience is required, with a similar size group of employees
  • Pensions experience is an ideal, but not essential
  • Media experience is a bonus
