Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions Maidenhead. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating your systems knowledge, and displaying your wealth of contract management across your existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and demonstrating and promoting a range of speciality water, process chemicals, and monitoring technologies to a wide range of industries
  • Working with customers and prospect clients to support their needs that will vary in size and difficulty
  • Developing and executing customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity from generating quotes to processing the PO's
  • Managing customer satisfaction and escalating customer concerns or resolution
  • Coordinating support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts
  • Carrying out plant visits, auditing, and surveying and arranging and managing any trial working
  • Continuously working on the strategies and implementation of sales and marketing programs to achieve Company sales targets within the North East
  • Meeting and exceeding the assigned quotas through your activities and results
  • Driving the Company behaviours around Health & Safety, Team Work, and the Company strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • A background in Account Management or sales in a water/process treatment Company or Chemical plant
  • Outstanding communication skills with customers, contractors, and internal staff to inspire and support the company's objectives
  • Excellent project management experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • A natural born relationship builder
  • Able to report on the status of all customers and identify growth areas and new service requirements
  • Qualifications and essential skills/attributes:
    • You will be technically qualified in chemical, environment, mechanical, or similar engineering environment – or time served in industry
    • Strong customer focus and the want to excel at services and challenges given by a customer
    • A clean UK driving licence is a must

Dependent upon the amount of experience you are bringing, the role pays between 40 and 50K – to achieve the 50K you will have already worked within a water processing environment and handled chemicals and have evidence of your sales and achievement of KPI's.
