Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at Staffline Driving. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering food products to various locations across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Class 1 Depot Trunking work, delivering food products to different destinations throughout the UK.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Holds a valid HGV Class 1 license with relevant CPC certification and Tacho card.
  • Proven experience as an HGV Class 1 driver, with a solid driving record.
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work long shifts, averaging 11+ hours, with a flexible approach to start times.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
