This permanent position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a difference in the lives of those struggling with addiction.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong assessment and partnership-building skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing screenings and education on blood-borne viruses and hepatitis B injections when necessary.
  • They will also train service users and staff on Naloxone and ensure its distribution to service users at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active NMC pin are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working within substance misuse is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will possess an empathetic, non-judgmental, and professional attitude towards all stakeholders and service users.
