We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Payback Supervisor. As a key member of our Probation Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting offenders on their journey towards rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate teams of people on probation as they work on community service projects
- Transport people and equipment to and from project sites
- Brief individuals on probation on the tasks they will be undertaking
- Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and demonstrate good practice
- Collaborate with partner organisations to deliver community payback projects
- Responsible for health and safety and keeping accurate records
About You
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, a good communicator, and able to take the lead. You will be working with a diverse mix of individuals, so it's essential that you are able to build rapport and provide support. The role requires weekend working, often outdoors, and a full manual driving licence is essential.
