At Donard Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Health Expert to join our team. As a Clinical Health Expert, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals by providing unbiased and comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with service users and provide a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service.

This is an exciting hybrid working opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance. Our Company provides a comprehensive package including:

  • A basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum.
  • A 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus.
  • Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available.
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week).
  • 25 days Holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service.
  • Company Laptop and Mobile Phone provided.
