We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead our team at a specialist mental health rehabilitation unit for men aged 18+ in Tadworth, Surrey. The unit employs least restrictive practices and provides a relaxed, therapeutic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the nursing team to provide high-quality care to male patients aged 18+
  • Supervise staff and support recovery
  • Ensure effective healthcare delivery and manage on-call services

The ideal candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD trained), NMC registration, and proven leadership skills. The salary for this role is £49,220 per annum.
