About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at a reputable Japanese restaurant in London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a diverse range of sushi and sashimi dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in sushi preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
