Store Manager Role Overview
The British Heart Foundation is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our fashion stores. As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for the store's performance, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrates the BHF values.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience working in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or the service industry
- Experience of leading, motivating, and developing teams
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times
- Able to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives
- Thrives working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- An understanding of budgets and P&L
