Job Description

As a Global Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This includes managing compensation programs, leading compensation-related projects, and advising senior leaders on compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives

Manage compensation programs, including base pay, short-term variable pay, and stock-based compensation

Lead compensation-related projects, including planning, overseeing external consultants, and developing communication materials

Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve compensation policies, incorporating local market insights

Partner cross-functionally with People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Talent Acquisition to address compensation needs and support recruitment and retention efforts
