This role as Referrals Officer will be your first point of contact with Local Authorities, foster families and Social Workers. You will develop positive relationships with colleagues and communicate confidently with professionals at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in children's services or a similar sector, strong administration skills, ability to follow policies and processes, and work well within a fast-paced team. Full training will be provided.

Your salary will be approximately £20,878 per annum, rising to £21,000. Benefits include 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service) plus bank holidays, company pension, life assurance x2, employee discount scheme, medical cash plan, and free parking.

Key responsibilities will include managing referrals, matching placements according to children's needs, and working independently to find creative solutions to foster placement requests.
