About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our team in the Acute Mental Health Unit on Jade Ward. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide 24/7 care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to patients, working under the direction of a registered nurse or registered professional.
  • Support, supervise, and act as a role model to trainee nursing associates, healthcare support workers, and those new to care roles.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the delivery of care on an open acute Mental Health Ward.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
  • Educated to a minimum level 5 Foundation degree level specific to nursing associate practice.
  • Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting, either paid or voluntary.
