Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Effectiveness Lead to join our team in EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth technology company and contribute to driving business growth through effective sales enablement.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-growth technology company, with a proven track record of defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives
- Analyze sales data to inform enablement programs and measure impact
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams on best practices and industry trends
Benefits
