Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct complex chromatography analyses using HPLC, UHPLC, GPC, and GC with mass spectrometry detection.

Develop and document new analytical methods to support various projects in the Research and Development team.

Perform routine and non-routine analyses of diverse sample types.

Maintain and troubleshoot advanced analytical instruments, ensuring timely repairs when necessary.

Apply titration techniques and associated software to support project objectives.

Solve intricate problems with initiative, independent thinking, and scientific expertise.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clarity and optimal support for analytical work.

Share knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative environment.

Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Promote a proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to SI Group's Quality policy and safety regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Conduct CoA testing of new suppliers' raw materials, ensuring compliance with SI Group's standards.

Support R&D, applications, process development, manufacturing, regulatory, and sales through timely acquisition and reporting of analytical results.

Provide analytical support for non-dusting blend (NDB) full-scale remote toll manufacturing and local pilot plant operations.

Generate product specifications and develop analytical methods as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Backup QC testing for CoA in case of equipment failure at contract labs, maintaining data integrity.

Participate in round-robin analytical studies to ensure consistency and competency across NDB QC labs.

Maintain and ensure accuracy of NDB analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, and ICPOES.
