About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Specialist to join our growing team at G2 Legal Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in soft IP litigation and some exposure to transactional IP matters.

The successful candidate will manage a wide range of soft IP litigation cases, including handling disputes in the areas of trademarks, copyright and trade secrets. They will also provide support on transactional IP matters, such as licensing deals, M&A transactions and strategic IP advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage soft IP litigation cases, handling disputes in trademarks, copyright and trade secrets
  • Support transactional IP matters, including licensing deals and M&A transactions
  • Work closely with clients across various industries, including technology, media, FMCG, life sciences, fashion and finance
  • Collaborate with partners and senior team members to drive growth and enhance client offerings

About You

  • Hold 2-4 years PQE with experience in soft IP litigation and some exposure to transactional IP matters
  • Strong academics and exceptional drafting skills, with ability to manage complex legal disputes efficiently
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills and interest in business development
  • Flexible, organised and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic work environment
