Corporate Tax Assistant Manager Role

About the Role:

Austin Rose Associates is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a business portfolio of clients, providing tax advisory services, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy corporate tax or mixed tax portfolio
  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, including transfer pricing, group reorganisations, R&D tax relief, and M&A
  • Supervise and develop more junior members of staff
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • ACA, CA, and/or CTA qualified
  • Experience in corporate tax or mixed tax portfolio management
  • Strong compliance background and experience of advisory work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
