Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Milton Keynes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care programmes for individuals with acquired brain injuries and various neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and apply clinical reasoning to develop and deliver interventions that promote independence and well-being.
  • Team Collaboration: Work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues to set priorities, manage risk, and respond efficiently to complex information.
  • Service User Relationships: Build and maintain effective working relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Professional Development: Demonstrate evidence of continued professional development (CPD) and stay up-to-date with best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration: Current and valid registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
