Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter to join our team in an office-based Campaign Manager position. As a B2B Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound telesales and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through telesales and appointment setting
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Recent B2B telesales experience
  • Outbound telesales experience, ideally booking appointments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary: £24,000 basic

Bonus: £6,000 OTE

OTE: £30,000
