We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, and providing effective solutions to maintenance issues. You will also have the chance to work with internal teams and external agencies, utilizing your knowledge of the retail or licensed property sectors (desirable).

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Residential Portfolio Manager, overseeing the maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of properties. You will take ownership of a substantial budget, ensuring delivery of best value across all projects. You will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of surveying, maintenance, and compliance, reacting proactively to any maintenance issues.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who has proven experience in building surveying and maintenance. A background in the retail or licensed property sectors would be beneficial, but not essential. As a Senior Property Maintenance Manager, you will manage a portfolio of properties, focusing on maintenance, statutory inspections, and operational standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of surveying, maintenance, and compliance, liaising with both internal teams and external agencies.

What We Offer
As a Building Facilities Management Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
