Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

My client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to oversee office fit-out and refurbishment projects across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Auditing construction sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Undertaking risk assessments and cost assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Providing training and guidance to contractors and teams on health and safety best practices
  • Making presentations to stakeholders on health and safety matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Health and Safety Advisor
  • Experience in office fit-outs and building projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Nebosh certification
