Administrative Support Officer

Job Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the ward team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing stationery, and providing a positive image of the Trust at all times.
Main Duties
- Attend relevant training courses to develop skills and knowledge.
- Carry out all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information and administrative data.
- Provide administrative cover to the ward, ensuring that this is delivered to a high standard.
- Ensure the timely administration of admissions and discharge summaries, and GP notifications on discharge.
- Support the Discharge Team.

- Experience in working with the NHS organisation.
- Key skills in numeracy and literacy.
- Clear communication skills.
- Good keyboard skills.
