Care and Support Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Health and Social Care team as a Care Support Worker. In this rewarding role, you will provide support to individuals with physical disabilities, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Your key responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting a positive culture within our community. You will also work closely with our residents to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have prior experience in personal care. An NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable, but not essential.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.67 per hour, plus a range of benefits including paid holiday, pension scheme, and online discounts. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
