We are currently working with a major consultancy in the City of London, looking to add a skilled civil engineer to their team. This opportunity involves designing and specifying all aspects of civil works on various medium-sized projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification and be working towards chartership. They will have experience in surface and foul drainage designs, ground modelling, and pavement setting out and design. A working knowledge of industry best practice for civil engineering designs is also essential.

This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects with niche clients in a range of sectors, including Life Sciences, Industrial, Custodial, and Education. The consultancy values innovative ideas, client service, and following industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include producing design deliverables, conducting site surveys, fulfilling construction stage duties, and liaising with clients and design teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring progress against project briefs.

In terms of salary, this role is expected to offer a competitive package, estimated at around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
